Produced by Sonny Reeves (Disturbing London), ‘Body 2 Body’ first started making waves during the summer, with support from BBC Radio 1, BBC 1Xtra, Capital Xtra, Kiss FM, Radar Radio, and The Beat London, championed by the likes of MistaJam, Ace, Charlie Sloth, DJ Target, Shortee Blitz and Manny Norte, and also climbing up the Spotify Top 50 chart, now the track has officially been released via EGA and Island Records.
On ‘Body 2 Body’, Wavy Boy Smith’s anthemic vocals flow over a vibrant and tropical Afrobeats inspired soundtrack, influenced by the music he grew up listening to, by legendary African and Caribbean artists from Fela Kuti to Buju Banton, Shina Peters, Luciano and more.
